In 2013, I started my career as Analyst Programmer in a gaming industry. And on this day, I'm a full-time Software Engineer working for Asurion with a globe wide team of developers whom maintains the platform for the claim filing also known as "Horizon" - the bread and butter of the company.

Asurion is a leading provider of device insurance, warranty & support services for cell phones, consumer electronics & home appliances
- Launched new clients and features for existing clients across the US and Latin America on the Horizon claim-filing platform, including major clients such as AT&T and Verizon. Also contributed to system redesign initiatives by implementing new claim programs and enhancing existing workflows, which involved modifying and improving core application code.
- Managed system communications to ensure customers receive accurate and timely notifications regarding the status of their claims.
- Translated and maintained agent-facing system labels and support scripts from English into Portuguese and Spanish to support multilingual operations and improve usability within the agent portal.
- Actively resolving production-related issues and processing stuck claims due to technical issues, ensuring customers can continue and complete their claims without unnecessary delays.
- Prior to working with US and Latin America clients, I started as a Site Reliability Engineer for Horizon APAC. We specialized in application support and developed the Datazap Portal, designed to automate data changes required to efficiently resolve production issues.

- Developed and maintained the Deltek Talent Management (formerly HRSmart) product using PHP, MySQL, jQuery and Smarty. DTM is a solution that helps an organization to handle human resourcing from start to finish.
- As one of the pioneering team members, I contributed to the development of the CoreHR module within DTM, streamlining the management of employee information with features such as Effective Dating and Employee/Manager Self-Service functionality.

Flames
A relationship calculator based on user's name and their crush's name. It checks the similar letters on each person's name, count the total and check where the count points out to which letter from 'FLAMES' word after counting recursively. FLAMES means Frieds, Lovers, Marriage, Enemy and Soulmates.
